The sale price of the book is $29.95 and that is genuine Australian Dollars, so I am not going to pull that old American Dollar trick on you.
So if you have decided to buy the book then you have two options, but for either option you will need to have Adobe Reader on your computer. If you do not, or are unsure, we suggest you select Option 2. below, and then download Adobe later, if needed.
You will be downloading the file NOW, for either option below. That is to say there will NOT be a code etc sent by email, so after you make payment via the PayPal screen you will be taken TO the screen [ie back to THIS site] to DOWNLOAD. So don't simply close your browser or surf elsewhere before you have done the download.
Also if you are unsure if you have Adode on your computer, you can simply test that by downloading the Table of Contents and Introduction. If that worked [no need to save this file, as it is included in the main file for the book] then we suggest you use the first option below.
If you select this option you must already have Adobe Reader on your computer. The book will open in Adobe as it downloads, so please observe the progress in the bottom left corner of your browser and once it is fully downloaded you MUST SAVE the file. Please go to the FILE menu and then Save File. You can then nominate where to save it, but My EBooks would seem logical.
If you use this option a dialog box will ask if you want to open or save, so click on SAVE and nominate where to save it on your computer. You then use Windows Explorer etc to find the file and right click on it to UNZIP the contents. Once you have it as a pdf file you can move it to wherever you might wish, but My EBooks would seem logical
