Last/current taxable income of Payee [as per ATO] -: $

The remainder of the input concerns the various children residing/contacting both parents. Default values are provided for the "normal" situation of contact and for date of birth but you must provide an initial [eg "D"] for EACH child or any defaults or user nominated values will be ignored.

If the situation is so complex that it is not clear who is the payer then assume one parent and we will adjust if necessary.

Finally always enter the elder/est child's details first and continue in age order.

Please enter days per fortnight and holidays weeks per year contact as per any court orders or even casual agreement as "parent" = p1 for the normal type of situation where the payer is the "contact parent" for all children. Therefore for what the courts term "normal contact" you should insert "p1", "2D", "6W", but vary the 2 and 6 if that's what the orders say. Also use these figures if the payee is denying contact.

For shared contact use "p1", "7W", "0D"

For cases where the payee is the contact parent for 1 or more children, nominate that contact as above but using p2, eg "p2", "2D", "6W" would provide "normal contact" for that child to the payee. In this way if you have contact for 8 days you are not the contact parent for that child and need to use p2 and 6D.

The tables below are for any children of any NEW relationships
